Tree healthcare tree injection.
Professional tree injection for insect and disease control.

We offer tree injections and solutions from professional manufacturers based on what the tree needs. For large trees direct injection is the best treatment that reduces environmental impact, increases efficacy and allows rapid treatment. Treatments can last two to three years for some insecticides and fungicides. Tree injection is used for both prevention and cure. We still take care of some of the oldest Elm trees in Delaware that have been preserved with proper treatments. Currently two different methods are used. One is micro injection and the other is macro injection.

We use tree injections for borers, nematodes and diseases and nutrient deficiency. Some examples of treatments are for Emerald Ash Borer, Ambrsosia Beetle, Beech Leaf Disease Nematodes, Dutch Elm Disease, Sycamore Anthracnose, Pine Wilt Nematode, Bacterial Leaf Scorch and other pests of trees.

Tree injections have the advantage of keeping the application “locked in” to the tree. Traditional sprays with high horsepower tree sprayers that can have drift limits very large tree spraying, injections allow trees to be treated in municipal areas, sensitive areas, and areas near foot traffic. Also, the injections have higher efficacy and treat more pests than traditional sprays. Our Plant Health Care service provides the best application for the area and pest to be treated.

Growth Regulator is an application that reduces the growth of tree or shrub. Our tree preservation program for large trees include Growth Regulators to maintain size and reduce stress for the tree. By applying Growth Regulator a tree will slow down its growth by shortening its twig growth and have smaller thicker leaves that are more drought tolerant. Also, the Growth Regulators increase fine root growth that also helps a large tree cope with competition from other trees and urban environments.

Our tree care program uses growth regulators for shrubs also. Shrubs will require less pruning and maintain a more compact size after treatment with professional Growth Regulators.
